In Detention: Hong Kong classroom mayhem
Detention is the latest work from award-winning director Tang Shu-wing, the man behind the acclaimed Titus Andronicus (2012). The show centres around three mischievous boys, a beautiful classmate and a strict teacher in an after-school detention session. The unusual cast includes a beatbox champion, a theatre star, an acclaimed martial artist and a tap dancer.
Detention is showing at The Assembly Rooms until 30 August.
