Hate crimes, CPR & a buggy marathon

The rise of hate crimes in Oxfordshire, young CPR first aiders appeal, Randolph Hotel restoration 6 months after the fire, and the mum running a marathon with her baby in a buggy.

Howard investigates why the number of hate crimes in Oxfordshire has gone up, and learning CPR as the British Heart Foundation try to recruit more young first aiders. Plus, Lilley Mitchell has a look round the Randolph Hotel so see how the restoration is going after the fire 6 months ago, and we meet the mum hoping to set a record in this Sunday鈥檚 Abingdon Marathon for completing the race while pushing her baby in a buggy.
