How Fridges Have Changed Lives
Zvikomborero Mlambo was orphaned at the age of six. He describes his life in rural Zimbabwe before he was able to buy a fridge. He and his brothers spent long hours during their early lives collecting and preserving food: drying in the sun, smoking and salting.
