After the fall of Gaddafi, 23 of Libya's finest technology graduates head to Cambridge to learn skills to rebuild Libya.
Two years after the fall of Colonel Gaddafi, 23 of Libya鈥檚 finest science and technology graduates spent a year at Cambridge University in England. The plan was that these young people would acquire the skills to rebuild their country. The project was organised by Tatweer, a new Libyan research and development company. With a country engulfed by civil was can this dream be realised?
