At the start of the century, it was hailed as Latin America's great Left Turn - governments introducing radical reforms from Venezuela to Argentina. Now many are being either ousted or are mired in scandal. With the help of Uruguayan investor, Juan Sartori, who runs Union Group, a one and a half billion dollar investment firm, we look at why and whether investing in Latin America still makes sense.
