The British Prime minister David Cameron says draft reforms to how the EU is run, formally unveiled today in Brussels, would persuade him to vote in favour of staying. The 27 other EU member countries now need to approve them. We hear from the Hungarian politician Gyorgy Schopflin, a member of the European Parliament for the governing Fidesz party.
