Shoppers in China are being offered a new way to pay this week. Apple has confirmed it is launching its electronic Apple Pay system across the country, 18 months after its debut in the United States. But the company is entering a mature market with two strong players to compete against. So will Chinese consumers be encouraged to switch to Apple's offering?
