Migrant deal brings Turkey a step closer to EU?

The deal between the EU and Turkey aimed at easing Europe's migration crisis has had some success, easing the flow of people heading across the Aegean Sea to Greece.

But there has been controversy, as it included giving Turkey's 79 million citizens visa-free access to the EU and the promise of progress on talks about joining the Union - despite Turkey refusing to change its laws on terrorism.
