Howard hears how the number of service people in the RAF in Oxfordshire with mental health problems is on the rise, we have the first of our special reports from Ghana as Ethan Suglo returns home after an operation at the JR to correct his abdominal organs being on the outside of his body, and Lilley Mitchell celebrates National Poetry Day at the Eagle and Child pub which inspired Lucy Ayrton to write a special poem about its history.
