An Ellington Theme

Sarah Gillespie coming to Lichfield and she talks about her interest in music and a childhood spent in the UK and the USA. Also we hear some Ellington music from different bands.

Some of those LPs that have now gone, worn out, given away or worse. But the re-issue programmes make sure that we can have them again together with some new names that we might not have bought first time around. We'll be playing some of those re-issued CDs. In addition there's jazz with an Ellington theme running through the programme.
