Cambridgeshire's long lost railway stations

How many of these old railway stations do you remember?

Discussions have started into how the Varsity Line linking Cambridge to Oxford could reopen.

There are also campaigns to reopen stations at Fulbourn and Soham, and it is hoped the Bramley Line could once again take people from March to Wisbech.

Last year a Network Rail study was commissioned into the feasibility of reopening Soham station. The results are expected early this year.

More than 80 stations have closed in Cambridgeshire since 1850, with most shutting in the 1950s and '60s.

Today many are derelict, although at least eight ticket offices have been turned into homes.
