An Asian women's group says a culture of shame and honour within the community prevents them from speaking out about their problems. Your Saheli was set up a year ago in the Midlands to support widows and single mothers. Since then it's become a safe haven for all Asian females who need support. The group holds monthly social events where they hope to empower women and our reporter Poonam Taneja went along to one to find out more.
