Parliament proclamation arrives in Edinburgh

A proclamation, signed by the Queen, summoning a new UK Parliament to meet next month, arrived in Edinburgh on Thursday morning.

The Rothesay Herald of Arms, Sir Crispin Agnew of Lochnaw, spoke to Daily Politics presenter Andrew Neil about the colourful celebration that dates back centuries.
