Who's to blame if children become obese? Their parents or the Government?
Labour say they would ban junk food before 9pm if they win the election to tackle childhood obesity. The Conservatives say they already have a comprehensive plan in place. But is it really down to the Government to tackle this problem or should the responsibility lie with the parent?
