Bromsgrove's Will Hunt is a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer who hails from a family of musicians with his dad, Bill Hunt, being in both ELO and Wizzard and his cousin Miles Hunt, fronting indie band The Wonder Stuff.

Will has had his hand is music all of his life writing for various artists and had a stint on Sony/Colombia Records under the name Dansette Junior and played various festivals around the world.

The single Paranoid now has more than 2.5 million plays on YouTube.

Starting his career in North London, Will's had the pleasure of playing with Paul Carrack, Nick Mulvey, Ed Sheeran, Mr Hudson and has dipped his toe in various productions and bands ever since.

He has recently released a single 'EL Original Brew/The Kentish Town Song' with his dad on a limited 7" and gained kudos receiving 'Single Of The Month' in Record Collector Magazine.

Will's recently finished a solo record called 'Momentary Romance' and will be taking it on a 30-date UK tour supporting the Wonderstuff.

鈥淕reat melodies, catchy lyrics and an incredible story of how he got to where he is today鈥 - Andrew Marston.

Wychwood Festival

Wychwood Festival
As a full blown, multi-stage, weekend-long family-friendly affair at Cheltenham Racecourse, the Wychwood Festival could well be the biggest annual music event at any UK racecourse.

Topping the bill on the main stage are usually successful blasts from the past supported by artists who were mere anklebiters at the height of the headliners' fame but are now steadily rising through the ranks.

This year 主播大秀 Introducing in Hereford & Worcester took over the Big Top stage with Ross Angeles from Herefordshire and 3sixty from Worcestershire.

Romstock

Romstock
Romstock is back for a second year with twice as many music artists playing.

It first came about to celebrate the Jubilee last year but is back again with a line-up from across the Midlands gathering for a day of live music at the old sports field on St Kenelms Road in the North East Worcestershire Village.

Severn Sounds coverage

Severn Sounds coverage
This free two day festival takes place around a hundred meters from the River Severn in the middle of Worcester.

Held in the grounds of the Pavilion in the Park, Severn Sounds features familiar names in both the form of tribute acts and well known original artists from the city and beyond.

主播大秀 Introducing at the Hay Festival

主播大秀 Introducing at the Hay Festival
This month's sessions were recorded in the 主播大秀 tent at the 30th anniversary of the Hay Festival.

The 11-day event now has offshoot festivals which take place all over the world, showcasing famous scientists, authors and entertainers in a field on the Herefordshire/Welsh border.

Other musical acts on the lineup included Will Young, Brian May, Amy MacDonald, DJ Yoda, Norman Jay and Craig Charles.

There were also appearances from Eddie Izzard, Andy Parsons, Sir Ken Dodd, Stephen Fry, Graham Norton, Bill Bailey and chess champion Garry Kasparov.

Asparafest

Asparafest
There is more to Asparafest in Evesham than its name might suggest.

Yes, it's primarily a celebration of green spears that we're good at growing around here but also features another thing we're quite good at, homegrown musicians, across the three days.

The perfect weekend for fans of both.

Piano Push!

Piano Push!
A group of friends who successfully pushed a piano up the Malvern Hills raised 拢3,000 for charity in just four hours.

Dressed in Victorian attire, the team of 15 pushed, pulled and dragged the instrument up to the top of the Worcestershire Beacon on Saturday - with stops on the way for a bit of singing.

The money raised is going to Worcestershire Breast Cancer Haven; the group chose the charity after a friend was diagnosed with the disease.

Music at the Great Malvern Food Festival

Music at the Great Malvern Food Festival
The ground of the Priory in Malvern played host to The Great Malvern Food Festival over the late May bank holiday.

However, all the bread, bhajis and burgers were enjoyed to a soundtrack of live music.

主播大秀 Introducing at the Tenbury Music Festival

主播大秀 Introducing at the Tenbury Music Festival
Our next recording session takes place on Saturday 17 June at the Tenbury Music Festival, which returns for a second year.

This 12-hour event features two stages, food stalls and a beer tent.

So far, the organisers have raised 拢3,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust and this year they're expecting 1,000 visitors.
