Who is to blame for ongoing rail strikes?

Southern Rail train drivers have voted for more strikes over the summer after rejecting a pay offer and Transport Secretary Chris Grayling announced a 拢13 million fine for the disruption on the network.

Labour's transport spokesman Andy McDonald responded to Mr Grayling's comments, and Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn heard from Conservative MP Huw Merriman, who represents Bexhill and Battle. Aslef could not supply a spokesperson.
