Labour MP Heidi Alexander is calling for a vote on the UK's membership of the European Economic Area (EEA) in Parliament, saying it should be down to MPs to make the decision and not David Davis alone.

But Conservative MP Kwasi Kwarteng suggested it was "another ruse to keep us in" the EU from Remainers, with some trying to frustrate the Brexit process.
