PM pledges 拢2bn to fix 'broken housing market'
Theresa May announced an additional 拢2bn for affordable homes, taking the budget to 拢9bn.
She told delegates "we have listened and we have learned" and added that the extra money would provide a " new generation of council houses to help fix our broken housing market".
