Meet the dad inspiring young people through the sport that helped him beat the bullies

A Messingham man who has been praised for his work in leading free self defence classes for families has been named the 主播大秀's Unsung Hero 2017. Every year the 主播大秀 celebrates the work of volunteers who run sport or leisure clubs. This year's winner is Stuart Usher, who, prompted by stories of attempted abductions in the area, decided to teach people the basics of self-defence.
