Stoke fan Ben says Ronald Koeman is the man to replace Mark Hughes.

Reacting to the news that former Wales manager Hughes had been relieved of his duties by the Midlands club, Ben said: 鈥淚 know he got sacked by Everton this season, because they didn鈥檛 have a good run of form, but if you look at what he did with Southampton for two seasons, and with Everton in his first season, I would snap your hand off for him. I really would.鈥�

When challenged by Jason Mohammad as to his reasoning, the Potters fan admitted: 鈥淚 still think he鈥檚 got a point to prove, really.鈥�

Hughes was sacked as manager of Stoke City, just hours after the club's FA Cup third-round exit at the hands of League Two Coventry City, with a run of five defeats in seven Premier League games also contributing to the end of a four-and-a-half-year tenure.
