England scrum-half Danny Care says Billy Vunipola's latest injury will deprive the squad of "one of the best players in the world".

The Saracens and England number eight is set to miss the Six Nations after fracturing his forearm.

鈥淗e is one of the best players in the world and as an England player I was really looking forward to getting back playing with him, and I am sure every England fan wanted to see him in a white shirt.鈥�

Vunipola was forced off at half-time in Sarries' 15-15 draw with Ospreys in the European Champions Cup.
