Tickets went on sale this morning (12th February) for 主播大秀 Music's Biggest Weekend - our massive one-off music festival broadcast across TV, radio and online taking place over the May bank holiday weekend.

The 6 Music past of the event is taking place at the Titanic Slipways Centre in Belfast on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th May with Beck Headlining the Friday night.

Obviously being a busy man, it's not easy to track Beck down - he lives in Los Angeles - so we weren't able to speak to him face to face, and in fact, as he been on the road with his most recent Colours album, it's been impossible to speak to him on the phone due to time zone differences... So 6 Music Breakfast's Matt Everitt wrote to him. And he responded...
