Paul’s cancer diary: ‘Tears are not a bad thing’

Paul Meisak was told he had terminal cancer in 2016. He’s recording a diary for 5 live Breakfast to show his ups and his downs as he receives treatment.

Paul, who lives near Glasgow with his wife Bridget, has physiotherapy once a week to help relieve pain. His therapist wants him to stay fit so that he can "extract all of the goodness" from the time he has.

Paul said: “It’s the impact it has on those who you love. It’s not for me, it’s for Bridget.â€
