Taylor Swift posted a message on social media calling on her legions of young fans in the US to register to vote in the forthcoming midterm elections. It seems many of them listened, as registrations rose sharply in the days since. James Menendez spoke to Raven Brooks of the non-partisan website vote.org, which campaigns for greater voter engagement and tracks registrations.
