Jack is concentrating on trying to make the business profitable, but whilst the team are hovering at the wrong end of the table, drumming up support is proving difficult.

This series follows top flight football club West Ham United Women’s team and their 19-year-old Managing Director Jack Sullivan.

As women’s football explodes into the mainstream in the run-up to next summer’s World Cup, Jack’s dad David Sullivan, one of the richest men in Britain and the chairman of West Ham United, has tasked Jack with transforming the fortunes of the women’s team.

It’s four months into the season, and West Ham Women have only won two games out of their last six, and now face the daunting task of taking on current champions Chelsea – a match that, for 90 minutes, will turn partners into opponents.

Meanwhile, Jack still needs to hire a new general manager so he can concentrate on trying to make the business profitable, but whilst the team are hovering at the wrong end of the table, drumming up support is proving difficult.
