Scott McLay joins Ross Murdoch and Duncan Scott for the World Swimming Championships

Scott McLay, 19, is included in his first senior Great Britain squad for the World Swimming Championships, following an impressive showing at trials.

He will join fellow Stirling University swimmers Ross Murdoch and Duncan Scott who have already competed at that level.

He spoke to The Nine's Laura McGhie about the moment he found out he was picked for the GB team.

The World Championships will run from 21-28 July 2019
