Highlights: El Dorado @ Eastnor Castle Deer Park, Ledbury

El Dorado is one of Hereford & Worcester's biggest music festivals, despite having only been around for a few years.

Across three days it showcased some of the best disco tunes in front of a crowd of 8,000.
Ìý
Performers, this year, included Andy C, Purple Disco Machine, Mr Scruff plus Kool & The Gang.

18 - 21 July: Nozstock - The Hidden Valley nr Bromyard

Russell Howard describes it as "a rural slice of English eccentricity" and Phill Jupitus & The Blockheads say "Nozstock is the best festival of its size in the UK".

This year sees another huge line up including the likes of Rudimental, Soul II Soul,ÌýDavid Rodigan, as well as a huge array of local artists supported on this programme!

This week's live music comes from a Bromsgrove singer/songwriter who's been producing music since the start of the decade.

However, after starting working for a satellite communications company - a job which has taken him all over the world - Damian Lewis been struggling to find the time to make music!

He also took on the Marathon Des Sables - the world's toughest race across the Sahara desert - and spends the remainder of his time volunteering for a disaster relief charity.

Influenced by the likes of Coldplay, Bob Dylan, James Blunt and Keane, this week's live session was recorded live at Hopfest, near Bewdley.

Glastonbury highlights: Years and Years

Performing on the Pyramid stage was Olly Alexander and his band Years and Years - who have previously topped the Ö÷²¥´óÐã Music Sound Of list.

Olly studied at Hereford College Of Arts and became the band's lead singer after meeting at a house party and was overheard singing in the shower!

This month's sessions were recorded in the mud at the ninth annual HopFest, which took place in the riverside town of Bewdley, featuring tonnes of local bands.

We were there, on the Sunday, hosting a stage dedicated to Herefordshire and Worcestershire artists chosen from theÌýÖ÷²¥´óÐã Music Introducing Uploader.

Highlights: WooFest nr Upton

Now in its fifth year, last weekend's WooFest had a continuous flow of live music throughout the day. And this year, it became a two-day festival!

The event is organised by Luke Simons and his sister Ria in memory of their father John Simons, a local engineer, who was cared for by the hospice before he died in 2013, aged 66.
Ìý
The festival has now raised £38,000 for St Richard's Hospice.

We’ve handpicked some of our favourite acts to join us on stage at the Malvern Cube on Sunday, 14 July from 7.30pm.

These artists didn’t even know they were being considered – and we hope this inspires people to keep sending in their music, because we really do listen to everything.
