Diving into the heart of Sydney on the biggest night of the year – New Year’s Eve. Paramedics are faced with a high-speed car rollover, a victim of a road rage assault and multiple patients who are dangerously intoxicated amongst huge crowds of people.

Back in the control centre as soon as the clock strikes midnight, staff are inundated with calls and one that could be for the first baby born on New Years Day. To top off the night, Marco and Chenea meet 102-year-old Stan, who despite his medical issues is not short of humour.
