The first time we chatted to Mairead about maybe making an Original Pilot Material episode together she told us, at length about her love of complaining, then proceeded to crack us up with her current 'open cases', and that got us all thinking about complaining. It's so easy now, it's almost second nature thanks to social media, is it a super customer-empowering new dawn or are we all just becoming even more entitled and easily offended? Mairead takes us through her world of complaints as she meets a psychologist, catches up with her friends who think she needs to calm down, and a recent winner of the UK's Complaint Handlers awards...!
