London bus driver Greesman 鈥楻anjith鈥� Chandrapala died of Covid-19 on 3 May.

Speaking to 主播大秀 Radio 5 Live, his daughter Leshie said if more people are using public transport, it will put bus drivers 'at risk' if they don鈥檛 have the personal protective equipment (PPE) they need.

Speaking to Stephen Nolan just after the prime minister鈥檚 announcement on Sunday 10 May, Leshie said: "More people are going to take public transport and that is going to put more bus drivers and other transport workers at risk if they don鈥檛 have the adequate PPE that they need.鈥�

Boris Johnson said people "should be actively encouraged to go to work" from Wednesday, if they cannot work from home.

Transport for London (TfL) has issued new guidance to say face masks should be worn on public transport in London and services would only be able to carry 13-15% of the normal passenger numbers, to maintain social distancing.
