Comedian Ben in Wolverhampton needs a place with loads of storage for his strange and wonderful props. And the lads have big news for聽Kahina. Will she be able exit her tenancy?

Big V and Tobias want to help young Brits rent the perfect place. Previously, they met 24-year-old Kahina in Newcastle. Kahina鈥檚 flat has mould, and she is trying to exit her tenancy early. Armed with a new damp report, Big V and Tobias try to use their estate agent charm to convince the landlord to let Kahina leave without any financial penalty, and they deliver their findings to Kahina. The lads are also helping 24-year-old Ben, who is living at his parents' house in Wolverhampton. Ben is keen to find a flatshare in Manchester, but things are complicated by a caravan-full of theatrical costumes he wants to take with him, meaning he will need some substantial storage. Can the boys find somewhere affordable and spacious that meets all of Ben鈥檚 requirements?

Finally, Big V and Tobias give their advice on some pretty outrageous rental issues, including the case of a landlord who keeps entering his tenants' bathroom without permission and the more common issue of dealing with noisy neighbours.
