US Election 2020: Will the result make a difference to US foreign policy?
Whoever wins the election will have a big influence on not just the US, but the world. Surprisingly, former Nato secretary general, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, believes there will be very few overall differences in policy. He also credits President Trump with improving financial commitments to Nato which could be useful in countering aggressive campaigns such as Russia's open hostility to Ukraine.
