Surge COVID testing for 20,000 in Surrey to check for South African variant

There is to be house-to-house coronavirus testing for up to 20,000 people in Surrey to check if the new South African variant is spreading in the community,
Three cases have been found in Woking and Egham which can not be traced back to South Africa travel or previous cases.
