Mental Health and Natural Surroundings at Strangford Lough
The Wetlands Centre at Castle Espie, a couple of miles from Comber on the shores of Strangford Lough, have just launched a new guide to help people improve their mental health and well-being聽by getting out and connecting with winter wetland nature.
