Wilson & Antonio: Can Arsenal Win The League?

Michail joins us from his bed with a cold as the boys discuss how far Arsenal can go this season, Liverpool’s shaky start and mental health in football

Michail’s caught a cold this week, so he joins us from his bed. But that didn’t stop him scoring at the weekend. With VAR finally going his way, has he changed his mind on wanting to bin it? And Newcastle hit Brentford for five at the weekend, with Callum getting an assist but no goal.

How far do the boys think Arsenal can take their title challenge after an incredible display against Liverpool at the weekend? And what about Liverpool’s poor start? Where do Michail and Callum see them finishing this season?

Michail and Callum judge a left-footed free kick in this week’s Striker’s Union and we hear why neither of them are ever on free kick duty. Apply to join the boys’ Union by sending in your own football stories, voice notes or videos to ffp@bbc.co.uk.

There was a lot of talk about the age of Liverpool’s ageing starting XI at the weekend vs Arsenal young side. With the boys now both in their 30s, they discuss how important age really is and what is more important, youth or experience.

Footballers Unfiltered: It was Mental Health Awareness Day on Monday, so appropriately, the boys were asked how much mental health is spoken about in the dressing room? And how do they balance caring for people with the required determination, focus and resilience needed to get to the top? Have a question for the boys, email us at ffp@bbc.co.uk.
