Meet Will Still - one of the most talked-about young managers in world football right now.
The 30-year old Englishman, who's the youngest manager in Europe's top five leagues, is currently on a remarkable run with his side Reims. They're unbeaten in Ligue 1 since September, including a 1-1 draw against Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe at PSG.
But what makes Will's story so interesting, is he still hasn't completed his coaching badges, and went from tinkering on the computer game Football Manager to top-flight management for real.
