Want to get a pet while renting? Well, it might just be about to get easier. The government's proposed new rules in England - including scrapping no-fault evictions for renters.
If you're renting in England you could, out of nowhere, be kicked out by your landlord for no reason. At the moment, that鈥檚 legal but maybe not for much longer. The government鈥檚 announced plans to scrap what鈥檚 known as Section 21 鈥� so landlords can鈥檛 evict tenants without a valid justification. Housing campaigners have long called for this. But landlords have warned it could force them to leave the market and reduce the supply of rental properties.
