COP28 should signal 鈥榚nd of the fossil fuel era鈥�
Germany鈥檚 International Climate Action Envoy has said plans for UN climate talks at COP28 should be ambitious.
In an interview with Zeinab Badawi for 主播大秀 HARDtalk, former Greenpeace boss Jennifer Morgan said there needs to be 鈥榓 clear signal to phase out fossil fuels鈥� and 鈥榯he end of the fossil fuel era鈥�.
She added 鈥淪o we need a plan, we need an action plan. And that鈥檚 what we want to achieve . With the finance for developing countries to make that possible.鈥�
The 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference will be held in November in Dubai.
