Jacquie Pierri is a professional ice hockey player with as much passion for playing as she has for understanding the impact her sport is having on the environment.
Pierri, who has a masters in the sustainable engineering of refrigeration systems in ice hockey arenas, is looking to engage her sport in very specific ways to help the environment.
She is also a member of EcoAthlete the collective that brings athletes who are concerned with the environment together https://www.ecoathletes.org/
