The One with Dominic Clarke

The Olympic gymnast and Cirque du Soleil artist joins us for an amazing conversation.

Dominic Clarke is one of those people who has lived enough life for about three lifetimes – and he’s barely hitting his stride!

A trampoline gymnast who has competed around the world – including at the Tokyo Olympics, and winning bronze at World Championship level – he’s now a Cirque du Soleil artist for the Michael Jackson ‘ONE’ show in Las Vegas.

Oh – and did we mention that he successfully auditioned for Australia’s version of ‘The Voice’?!

Like we say, we weren’t ever going to be short of things to talk to Dominic about, and we’re delighted he found the time to join us from Las Vegas to talk all about his amazing career – and his journey with his sexuality away from sport as well.

It’s every bit of the conversation that you’d hope to have with someone like Dom – funny, frank, honest and full of amazing tales – and we think you’re absolutely going to love it!

We talk about his love of sport; his decision to come out and some of the stereotypes in gymnastics that made that difficult; the reaction he had; preparation for the Tokyo Olympics in the midst of COVID; The Voice; and so, so much more.
