At the start of the year, EastEnders aired a 鈥榝lash forward鈥� scene to Christmas Day 2023 showing an unidentified dead body in the Queen Vic with Stacey Slater, Sharon Watts, Linda Carter, Denise Fox, Kathy Beale and Suki Panesar all at the scene of the crime. They are now known as 'The Six'.
