Join us at the Old Bailey to follow the trial of Constance Marten, from Dorset, and Mark Gordon, from London, who are charged with causing the death of their new-born child after a body was found in a shed on an allotment near Brighton in March 2023 鈥� both Ms Marten and Mr Gordon deny the charges against them.
In this episode we hear the dramatic moment police stopped and arrested Constance Marten and Mark Gordon after they had spent weeks living off grid. In the bodycam footage both are repeatedly asked where their baby is, but neither provide an answer.
