The new Transport Secretary says that she'll leave decisions on introducing 20mph zones to local councils rather than the Department for Transport. The previous government had announced a review of traffic-calming schemes including low-traffic neighbourhoods, with the then-PM Rishi Sunak calling them "hare-brained" in a Sun interview last year. 5 Live listeners told Nicky Campbell what they think about 20mph zones.
