World's oldest known cheese discovered
Scientists in China say they've discovered the world's oldest known cheese -- from three and a half thousand years ago.
They analysed dairy samples found with Bronze Age bodies that were buried in the Xinjiang region of western China -- and found fermenting microbes from kefir cheese.
