The US President is acquitted by the Senate of abuse of power and obstructing Congress.

The US President is acquitted by the Senate of abuse of power by 52-48 votes of obstructing Congress by 53-47 votes in an impeachment trial which has divided America. We get the latest from our correspondent in Washington.
