China's president Xi Jinping has spoken to a virtual meeting of the World Economic Forum. Dr Yu Jie is senior research fellow on China at Chatham House, and discusses what he had to say. Also in the programme, the UN's International Labour Organisation says that as a result of the pandemic, 93% of the planet's workforce is subject to restrictions on what they can and can't do. In Uganda, many citizens have turned to virtual private networks to get round government internet restrictions in the wake of this month's general election.
