The US imposes sanctions on Russia

The US has imposed sanctions on senior Russian officials over the poisoning of opposition leader Alexei Navalny

The US measures, which target Russia's top spy and six others, are being co-ordinated with similar moves by the European Union and we get details from Barbara Plett-Usher, the 主播大秀's State Department Correspondent. Plus, we hear Reddit鈥檚 chief executive Steve Huffman talk about recent controversies involving the social media network. And The International Energy Agency says global CO2 levels are rising after a fall in 2020. Also in the programme, The Women in Work index produced by PWC indicates that women's jobs have been disproportionately hit by events of the past year.
