Despite the Glasgow climate summit aim of reducing coal use, coal power has hit a record. That's according to data compiled by the International Energy Agency. We ask Simon Evans, policy editor of the energy news website Carbon Brief whether coal fired power generation is likely to plateau any time soon. Plus, the 2017 Grenfell Tower fire tragedy in London, which led to the deaths of 72 people, was blamed on the use of flammable exterior cladding in the building's renovation.
