China has launched the world's largest carbon trading market in a bid to curb emissions. The 主播大秀's Andrew Walker explains how such schemes work, and we ask Sha Hua of the Wall Street Journal whether the new market is likely to achieve its goal. Also in the programme, it's 40 years since what we now call HIV and AIDS were first recorded in the United States.
