US Vice President Kamala Harris is in Vietnam on the second stop of her tour of southeast Asia. The trip is largely seen as an effort by the US to reaffirm its economic and trade ties in the region. Correspondent for Nikkei Asia in Ho Chi Minh City, Lien Hoang, tells us how her visit is being received there. 30 years ago today, Ukraine declared its independent from the Soviet Union.
